Residents of The Dovecote are lucky enough to enjoy the benefits of a large Public Open Space, a Play Area and a Play Trail. Residents will soon also have access to a number of artistic features, funded by Bloor Homes.
These spaces are available to the public to enjoy. All we ask is that users of our communal spaces respect these facilities and take into consideration that they are maintained and paid for by homeowners on The Dovecote.
We have very few rules in place, but we expect that users of our facilities behave in a socially acceptable way.
We also have two large balancing ponds that The Dovecote ManCo is responsible for. These are important components of the drainage system on site.
If anyone notices any issues with any of our communal spaces, please get in contact with us, so we can deal with any issues quickly.
